Margot thought she was past the nightmares and unanswered questions.

Fourteen months ago, her husband disappeared with little more than signed divorce papers on the kitchen counter, his car still in the garage.

Since then, she’s rebuilt a life for herself and their young twin daughters with the help of her best friend, Annabeth, and the motley crew of people she calls family. A piece of her wants more than friendship with him, except she’s sour on love. Risking her heart and the fate of her little family on a man again sounds worse than death.
