As 2025 ends, our nation faces a silent crisis: more than 380,000+ African American women have lost their jobs. Careers paused. Direction shaken. Identity challenged. Yet one truth remains; these women have not lost their worth, their calling, or their God-given purpose.

This 21-day guided journal walks women through emotional, spiritual, and personal renewal after job loss. Each day features heartfelt reflections, Scripture, prayerful encouragement, and writing prompts designed to help women process grief, rebuild confidence, and reconnect with purpose. This journal is part of the broader Write Your Way Forward movement, created to help women heal through writing and rediscover the strength within their own stories.
