Meditation is good for the body and mind, but it can be challenging. Knitting is meditative-when done away from phones, TV, and other distractions. With medKNITation, Suzan Colón, a Yoga and meditation instructor, author and knitter/crocheter, combines elements of traditional meditation with meditative knitting.
