＂You run away from a couple of foster homes, and they send you off to a creepy boarding school in London.＂ Hollis McGee is a fifteen-year-old foster kid living in Dallas, Texas who spent her whole life in the system. After running away from too many foster homes, the magical council decides to send her off to Ravenwood Institute for paranormal studies in London. When she arrives, she quickly meets a ghost named Wren that only she can see. As they begin to investigate his death, the two of them find something much more insidious going on at the school and they must do something about it. Will they stop this evil before any other kids fall victim to the master plan? Anything is possible with help from unexpected sources, a few new friends, and a newly discovered magic.
