Since humans took their first step on earth, their basic needs haven’t changed.
Aside from air to breathe, humans require food and water for sustenance, a mate for
companionship, reproduction, and child-rearing, fellowship for safety and efficiency,
communities with shared experiences, and a tribe to maintain order, arbitrate, and settle
disputes. Simply put: our ancestors successfully managed their diet, the physical mental and emotional components of their lives.
There isn’t a version 2 of humans.
Sadly, this elegant organization has morphed into a collection of theories and opinions. Under the guise of advancement, it’s become a confusing, frustrating cacophony that contributes to the decline in the quality of life. Staying or becoming healthy is simple, but it’s not easy.
