This book, though it may be helpful, is NOT a self-help book.
This book contains a combination of insights, stories and experiences for you, the reader, to relate to. The book sections will contain my own notes, stories, lessons, guiding principles, and reflections, usually in that order.
The stories within are summaries of conversations between various individuals and a sardonic therapist that illustrate different experiences as people laugh, cry, get angry, get excited, and sit in disbelief while they journey through self exploration, grief, healing, and redefining happiness through a process of change.
