The Journey to Destiny Series
Brendalee Bonnie was born in the parish of St. Catherine. She gave her life to the Lord at the tender age of sixteen. Her passion is singing and living for God. Later in her life, with a new mandate and call of God on her life, she realized that she has a passion to inspire people, not just from a spiritual level, but in every other aspect of life. Brendalee’s passion for God and for helping others motivated her to successfully complete the level one counseling course at WAFIF Christian College (WCC). This accomplishment was ordained by God because it allowed her to get the proper training needed to professionally and effectively develop a God-given gift nestled within her. As the Bible states in 2 Timothy 3:15-17, it is important to be equipped and thoroughly furnished for every good work. This course also confirmed the assignment as a helper/encourager, thereby confirming the prompting and passion to share in order to heal and empower others by giving strength to the weak, inspiration to the weary, and salvation to the lost. With the heart of a servant, her tongue has been made the pen of a ready writer, one of the learned. The message of encouragement and empowerment is thereby communicated through her writing, giving a word in season to those who need it. As commissioned in Luke 4:18-19 and Isaiah 61:1-2, Brendalee has answered the call to help heal the brokenhearted and help them to experience true freedom through her life-changing spiritual encounter as it is shared in this book. The objective is to help as she has been helped and to help deliver and liberate as she has been delivered and liberated as the truth is revealed. Her desire is to be able to identify with others in their struggle in the respective areas that she has struggled in and be able to help them get out as she, through the help of God, got out. In her professional career, Brendalee works as an Administrative Assistant. She thoroughly enjoys her job, the highest point of which involves interacting with people at all levels. Each challenge encourages and pushes her to improve her personality, perception of others, and people skills. Her strengths are being passionate about God and helping, encouraging, comforting, and caring for the needs of others.
