There are so many ways to praise the Lord. In church when the pastor or worship leader says, Praise the Lord, the congregation answers, "Hallelujah." We know Hallel, or Hallelujah, as the highest praise. We give God the praise of our lips, but it can be so much more than that. Sometimes it is a handclap and that is what the pastor or worship leader is asking for. But when real praise flows from you, it comes from the heart of you, out of your being and your belly - like living waters. So, as the Holy Spirit brings to our memory what we have put in by spending time in prayer, with the Lord, and in the Word, we will see how our praise develops and grows.
Use this book year-round as your praise vocabulary expands and as you grow spiritually. Praying these verses will deepen your Christian walk and your relationship with God as you go from Thanksgiving to Praise and then ascend all the way into Worship--, even into the Holy of Holies.
