Problem Solving and Communication

An optimist assumes they’ll never face obstacles. A pessimist worries that they will never get past them. A pragmatist knows that obstacles are both inevitable and opportunities to shine.

We pair communication with problem-solving because poor communication will make most problems worse, and good communication holds the key to solving many others. We’ll confront head-on the inescapable truth that it is the lies we tell ourselves that represent some of the most harmful kinds of communication.
