Is it so bad to get back with your ex if he plays professional football now?

I’m Aaron Watkins, and I’m looking for someone to fund my leukemia research.

After my sister died from leukemia as a child, I promised to ameliorate the suffering that comes with the disease. So, I hope to find funding during this research conference to do it. And I won’t let anything distract me-not even the fact that the hotel staff accidentally put me in the same room as my ex in the NFO.

Until I discover there’s only one bed.

And realize I maybe still like him.

Who am I kidding? I’m screwed.

For the life of me, I can’t find a woman who’s in it for the long haul. So that’s why I’m here at this research conference. Once it’s known that I’m funding a good cause, I’ll be irresistible.

But there’s just one problem: I’m sharing a bed with the man who took my virginity and broke my heart back in college.

Come to think of it, though, maybe this isn’t so bad. Because even after all these years, I’ve missed him more than I’d like to admit.

And I think I can maybe win him back.
