Rise, Reset, and Recover

I’m a living testament that even in the darkest valleys, light can still break through. After surviving a tragic life-altering event that led to deep despair, I faced the crushing weight of depression, but I did not care to stay there. With faith, intentional work, and the right tools, I began my journey from breakdown to breakthrough. As a mother, a believer, and an overcomer, I know firsthand how isolating and overwhelming depression can feel. But I also know that healing is very much possible. In her debut book, Breakdown to Breakthrough, I open my heart to share not only my pain but also my crooked pathway to freedom. ＂He will make our crooked oaths straight. ＂I do believe that depression doesn’t have to win, and through raw reflection, spiritual insight, and practical guidance, I empower others to fight for their peace.
