Rodney L. Clark Jr. aka Soulja Soulja was born in South Bend, IN in 1984 and has resided in Fort Wayne, IN since 1996. He is a profound writer of books and poetry, and an active music artist with a brand of rap music that he has dubbed ’RapSpire.’ Mr. Clark has three children that he adores and a host of relatives in and around Indiana.
