Although Lila Macaluso is a seasoned writer in the art of non-fiction, having been published in educational books and professional journals many times, this is her first foray into writing lengthy fiction. She has enjoyed a long love affair with words. From the time she participated in school plays, debates, and poetry writing contests to enrolling in advanced creative writing in college, she has continued to hone her skill as a writer. Lila, the author of ＂Poker Face＂ and the soon to be released new series, ＂The Wacky Misadventures of Maggie McMullen, The Wedding Wrecker＂, lives with Gaby, her newly rescued and spirited mixed terrier in the coastal region of Texas. When Lila isn’t creating new characters, she can be found serving in her local church, enjoying time with her fun-loving neighbors and visiting with her family.
