Talitha is a young girl who loses both of her parents suddenly. When she moves to another city to live with her auntie she has a rough time of it. When she meets a young man who makes her feel safe. She struggles with forgiving her mother while afraid that she will turn out just like her. When she meets Tommy she feels she found the one person who can make her feel safe again and he does just that.Tommy is a young man who lost his parents to a robbery. So he stops going to college so his brother doesn’t have to go to foster care and he can stay home.
