A Perfect Weapon

Shamus ＂Shey＂ Shepherd, a disgraced US Marshal, is mysteriously reinstated to hunt down an escaped female terrorist. Femi Okilo, borne of African and Indian parents, is an enigma. From the onset Shey suspects there’s something afoul in this case, but he desperately needs to redeem himself for a career-ending screw-up two years earlier. On the hunt for Femi, Shey uncovers an ever-growing list of events that just don’t add up.

What’s most peculiar is the curious fact that Femi somehow knows him! The game of cat and mouse is on, and with deadly consequences, but Femi has a plan to carry out and it’s not her own. Call it vengeance, or call it cleaning house, nevertheless she goes on a strategic killing spree which looks just like a Black Ops assassination mission. is it?

As the Shey closes in on Femi and the two grow closer in geography they also become more emotionally connected. Shey learns one last disturbing fact: no one expects him to complete is mission and bring Femi in. Now Shey is on an even more deadly mission, to bring Femi in alive and solve the mystery of her mysterious past and pull back the curtain on the puppet master pulling her strings.
