Originally from Queens, New York, Chef Justin Cuddon has always had a passion for culinary. Growing up in a full house of 5 brothers, he would often watch his parents make delicious meals for him and his siblings. He would observe his mother, who is a pastry chef, create creative and unique dishes. As he got older, Chef Justin took on different line cook jobs at various restaurants. However, he did not want to limit his talents only to help fulfill other people’s dreams. He decided he would begin his own venture by starting his own catering business: "Island Comfort Catering". Island deriving from his Jamaican heritage. Chef Justin is addicted to the adrenaline of cooking. He found he could experiment with artistic presentation.
