When Gilly’s older sister persuaded her to join her on a coach trip to France, she was expecting a relaxing week exploring the chateaux and gardens of the Loire valley. Angie was going through a humiliating divorce and needed moral support. Gilly wanted a break from her overbearing husband. The coach trip was supposed to be the tonic they both needed.
