Hear My Voice

I have lived almost all of my life in Monroe County, Tennessee, a rural area nestled in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains. I married Debbie, my high-school sweetheart, in 1991 and we have three sons. I graduated from Tennessee Technological University with a BS in Civil Engineering.
