Charles Youngblood recently retired from the United States Air Force as a Lieutenant Colonel. He served twenty-four years as an instructor and commander on the KC-135R Air Refueling Tanker. During his service, he spent countless months deployed overseas. One of his most memorable activities while home was telling his two sons bedtime stories. His first novel, The Philadelphia Detectives, was based on those stories. He now flies with American Airlines and resides in Texas with his family.
