Juan Diaz has a B.A. and a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy. Juan is a bilingual Hispanic leader in the areas of wellness and self-improvement. He co-created and developed the Vital Training technique. With more than 10 years of experience in this kind of training, he also has been trained in Brain Training with Neurofeedback, Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), and motivation. As a natural public speaker, Juan has been a special guest on several TV and radio programs. He has vast experience organizing, directing, and conducting different courses and workshops for personal growth. Juan is also the author of 14 books in Spanish with a variety of related topics such as adolescence, relationships, and parental skills. Juan also does educational presentations in English and Spanish.
