Each chapter is both simple and profound and potent. The meditation on Day 4 with Mindful Eating was life-altering for me.

Purchased this for my daughter as it was my first book on meditation. Jack does a great job of breaking things down and the included CD with guided meditations was very helpful. Highly recommended.
