This turns out to be a highly accurate secret stock market forecasting device worth Billions to the country that owns it due to its extreme accuracy in operation. The device originally French, and stolen from it by Bharun an African state. The device is wanted by the British, the Americans, the Bharunians larger neighbours the South Africans, and of course the French themselves. They all want the device.
