Director de la Fundación Academia Europea e Iberoamericana de Yuste y director del Centro de Documentación e Información Europea de Extremadura. Doctor en Derecho por la Universidad de Extremadura. Es codirector del Seminario Doctoral Premio Europeo Carlos V y miembro del Consejo de Rectores de la Asociación de Universidades Latinoamericanas.

Director of the European and Ibero-American Academy of Yuste Foundation and director of the European Documentation and Information Centre of Extremadura (CDIEX). He holds a PhD in Law from the University of Extremadura. He is co-director of the Carlos V European Award Doctoral Seminar and a member of the Board of Rectors of the Association of Latin American Universities (AULA-CAVILA).

Former expert of the Legal Assistance Program of the Council of Europe for Eastern Countries. She has participated, among others, in the adoption of the Charter of Fundamental Rights, the European Constitution and the Treaty of Lisbon. Former director of the National Focal Point of FRA and EIGE. Expert of the Conference on the future of Europe.
