博客來Bear in mind that we distinguish between the exclusive remembrance (dhikr) and the general remembrance. The fruit of the general one is reward, while the fruit of the exclusive remembrance is the Light. This light can only be taken from the People of Light, whose hearts are connected to the infallible Prophet. Wise is he who practices both the general and the exclusive remembrances, so that he may enter the Presence of Exclusivity (Ḥadratu l-ʾikhtiṣāṣ).
