Kai Jacob is a lawyer by education, joined SAP in 2008 and heads the Global Contract Management Services team since 2011. In 2015, he was promoted to Global VP, assuming additional responsibility for Legal Information Management, aiming to support the digital transformation of the legal function. Kai joined the IACCM (International Association of Contract and Commercial Management) in 2004, became a member of its Board of Directors in 2012, and from January 2018 until October 2018 serving as Chairman of the Board. Kai is a regular speaker at conferences and engaged in various round-tables, boards and initiatives in support of his vision of LIQUID LEGAL.
Dierk Schindler is founding partner of a law firm in Munich before he joined NetApp Inc., in 2005, to build NetApp’s EMEA Legal Team and the Deal Management function. Today, Dierk is the Head of Legal EMEA, as well as the Head of Global Legal Shared Services. Dierk served as the Vice Chair Europe & Officer on the Board of Directors of IACCM (International Association of Commercial & Contract Management) until October 2018. He is the co-editor of the book "LIQUID LEGAL" (Springer) that covers the profound transformation in the Legal industry. Dierk regularly presents at business & peer groups, as well as at universities across Europe, on privacy, digitization & innovation.
Roger Strathausen is a global business expert with experience in organizational design, process modeling, corporate universities, talent strategy, coaching and functional team building. Dr. Strathausen previously was an executive at Accenture and an employee at SAP. He is co-editor of the "Liquid Legal" compendium (Springer 2017), author of "Leading When You Are Not the Boss" (Apress 2015), and a speaker on topics of leadership and learning. Strathausen earned his PhD from Stanford University while on Fulbright and Stanford Dissertation Fellowships, and his MA from the University of Tübingen.
