Kay Formanek is the founder of Diversity and Performance, a research and advisory organisation dedicated to unleashing the benefits of diversity to organisations and society. She has amassed 30 years of professional experience in the areas of break-through strategy, organisational transformation and inclusive diversity. Kay was Partner and Managing Director at Accenture for 25 years, serving as the Industry Lead for Life Sciences and a Sponsoring Partner for Diversity and Inclusion. Today, Kay is fully dedicated to advancing the strategic narrative for diversity and inclusion within purpose-led organisations. She is a highly sought global speaker on inclusive diversity, the neuroscience of implicit bias and inclusive leadership. She is a visiting lecturer to business schools and universities and a Board Member in for-profit and not-for-profit organisations focused on identifying talent and providing equal opportunity.
