Through interviews with leaders and coding of the transcripts, the chapter authors develop scale-development items to measure the concept of organizational spirituality within organizations. Bruce E. Winston is Professor of Business and Leadership at Regent University, USA. He previously served as Dean of the School of Leadership Studies. He has authored and edited several books related to biblical approaches to modern management.
