Ronan McIvor is a Professor of Operations Management at the Ulster University, UK. His research has been in the areas of supply chain management and digital transformation. He has over 25 years of experience of teaching and research in information technology and operations management. He has authored a number of books including The Outsourcing Process and Global Services Outsourcing and published in a range of leading international journals including Journal of Supply Chain Management, Journal of Operations Management, Expert Systems with Applications, Decision Support Systems, International Journal of Operations and Production Management and International Journal of Production Economics.
