Cognitive Linguistics and Translation: Advances in Some Theoretical Models and Applications

This volume contains a collection of papers which discuss the contributions of cognitive linguistics to translation. It constitutes the first attempt to unify previous research on both disciplines. The papers purport to investigate the many fruitful manners in which cognitive linguistics can expand further on the formulation of a cognitive translation theory.
