Armin Trost is a professor at the Business School of Furtwangen University (Germany), where he has served as Dean since 2024. His academic focus lies in Human Resources Management and applied psychology. In Germany and Europe, he is considered one of the most renowned and influential thought leaders in human resources management and leadership.
