Towards Reconfigurable Electronics by Functionality-Enhanced Circuits and Germanium Nanowire Devices

Jens Trommer recieved a Dipl.-Ing. degree in material science of electronic and sensor materials from the TU Bergakademie Freiberg in 2011. 2012 he joined NaMLab to work on the material and circuit development of nanowire transistors with reconfigurable polarity. Within the frame of these activities, he authored and co-authored more than 20 peer-reviewed articles and received his doctoral degree from TU Dresden in 2017.
