Since 1975 Kenneth Daun worked with numerous development projects in different contexts on local, regional and international level. He has had positions as teacher in natural science in schools, as a personnel manager in several industrial companies, as a general manager in his own enterprises and was responsible for trade and industry development in Åstorp community, Sweden. He has also worked as a project leader in a research institute by Lund University. His "driving force" is to find general variables and truths, which can be used in order to influence human empowerment in companies. His action research of human cooperation in the border land between an idea and action led to his theory of common activity.
