William, a postal worker in a small, Midwest town in the United States, is fascinated with stamps, their beauty, lines, and colors.
Fascination can lead to obsession, which, if not checked, can turn into envy, greed, love, hate, or any number of other feelings. For some, these feelings can become criminal actions of the most extreme, precisely what has happened to William. A form of split personality takes over, and William becomes obsessed with hurting anyone he feels is not worthy of the little pieces of artwork he has come to worship. William begins to play out the scenes portrayed on the stamps, placing his victims into their image and into the artwork itself in a gruesome manner. It isn’t long until the police are on his trail, but how many victims will feel his pain and wrath before they can stop him?
