State Building and Development: Two sides of the same coin? Exploring the case of Kosovo

Arta Ante received her Ph.D. in Political Science for work recognized with distinction at Vienna University in 2008, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Eva Kreisky. Dr. Ante was awarded her M.A. in 2003 in Advanced European and International Studies at the Institut Européen des Hautes Études Internationales in Nice, France, after having received a Diploma in International Management from the University of Bordeaux in the previous year. She completed her undergraduate studies in the field of Social Sciences at Tirana University in 1999. In addition to her academic research, Dr. Ante has pursued her interests in international affairs by working regularly with international organizations that have included the International Federation of the Red Cross, CARE International, and the World Food Program. She lives and works in Berlin, Germany.
