De nosotros los adultos depende reaccionar sin miedo y sin culpa, con amor, pues frustrar es educar. Así como el dolor, las frustraciones son inevitables si se quiere vivir a plenitud. Lamentablemente, el cansancio y el estrés nos dejan a los padres desgastados emocionalmente y sin fuerzas para limitar las demandas de nuestros hijos.
