The following research paper addresses the question: To what extent do human resources developers see a need for future training measures in workplace integration management with regard to the skills required of managers? Health is understood as a mission and is also directed at managers. This is because rising sickness rates in companies, for example due to burnout, have economic consequences. This is underpinned by expert interviews that look at further training measures. The theoretical basis is provided by a scientific analysis of various studies in the individual areas of health education.
