This study analyzes the influence of teachers’ digital competencies on their pedagogical performance. The methodology was quantitative descriptive. The research was conducted using a validated questionnaire on digital competencies and another on pedagogical performance, applied to a sample of 30 teachers from different educational levels. The results indicate a significant correlation between teachers’ digital competencies and their pedagogical performance, suggesting that those with higher digital skills tend to have a more effective pedagogical performance. In conclusion, it was identified that digital competencies have a particular impact on pedagogical performance, as they imply the ability to integrate technological tools in teaching and the ability to adapt educational content to the individual needs of students.
