The monograph is devoted to the research of the Russian housing market in terms of economic interests of its subjects, ways and means of their coordination. The subjects of the housing market, entering into the relations concerning the purchase and sale of residential objects, strive to realize their economic interests. The interests of both the main and auxiliary subjects of the housing market are in the relations of mutual inconsistency and dependence, which provides an objective basis for their coordination. Coordination of economic interests of the subjects of the national housing market is an important condition for the solution of the housing problem in Russia as one of the key social and economic tasks set forth today in the priority national project "Affordable and Comfortable Housing for the Russian Citizens". Increasing the degree of coordination of the economic interests of the subjects of the housing market implies the impact of different methods on both the demand and the supply of housing. The monograph may be of interest to researchers, postgraduate students, as well as practical workers in the process of improvement and implementation of the government strategy on the housing market.
