The general objective of this book is to analyze the role of managerial skills in the relationship between entrepreneurial support strategies and the financial performance of Ivorian microenterprises. Indeed, the important role of microenterprises in the economy of developing countries justifies the elaboration of this manuscript. A literature review was then conducted on the different variables and the links between them. However, in order to achieve our objective, we had to implement a mixed methodology. It is within this framework that quantitative data were collected from two hundred and eighteen (218) microentrepreneurs using a questionnaire. The results of the analysis of the data collected reveal that the skills of the manager play a mediating role in the relationship between support strategies and the financial performance of Ivorian microenterprises. However, the analysis showed that the direct influence of coaching strategies on the financial performance of Ivorian microenterprises is significant. It is therefore important to note that the mediation is perfect.
