Toamasina is one of Madagascar’s provinces, located in the east of the country. It is a city that attracts the attention of national and international tourists thanks to its rich biodiversity and wonderful beaches. Despite this, it has experienced a number of social, economic and environmental problems, which we will attempt to describe in this book.Toamasina’s traffic problems explain its social problems, such as unemployment.
