This work deals with two classic indicators of organizations. The first one presupposes the search for recognition by the market and, more generally, by society, of what a university is capable of doing or of transforming it into a positively active organization. The second translates the concern with the survival of the university itself as an organisation or to keep it more than just alive, but in constant growth and development. Both indicators are strategic and have a crucial impact on the conceptual and critical characterisation of the university itself. The use of flexible structures gives a tone of innovation to the process and provides the clue that is missing to understand how the project proposed here can be made viable. At first sight, it might seem to be another text about university management. A more attentive look at the project shows a well-structured, original and relevant contribution, perfectly suited to the current moment.
