The present book has as focus to implant the 5S quality tool in a small company of the textile sector, and to propose the possible improvements of the program in relation to the productivity and to prepare the company for the implantation of a quality management. It was implanted three of the five senses, utilization, ordination and cleanness. After the implantation of the program it was obtained notorious and significant results in the environment, in relation to the organization, with a better use of the time, reduction of rework, and a considerable increase of productivity.
