It involves a variety of elements that need to be organized to ensure that the project is completed on time. The research’s conclusions are intended to help the business identify the project management system’s efficiency. Finally, by identifying five characteristics that influence project management action, the conceptual framework was developed. The success of a project is influenced by Processes, people, outside factors, and project-related components.
