On industrial tourism as a viable perspective for the Jiu Valley

The present book, entitled On industrial tourism as a viable perspective for the Jiu Valley is the result of an inter and multidisciplinary research with applicability in the field of industrial tourism, considered current and with great development potential. The research carried out in a post-industrial area aims to explore the potential for the development of industrial tourism in the Petrila mining perimeter, Jiu Valley, by creating a theme park on the site of the old mine. All the research was carried out at the University of Petrosani, Romania.
