Keys to Understanding the Legal Status of Colonialism

＂The work that the lawyer Jorge Alberto Ripani offers for our consideration, entitled: ＂Keys to understanding the legal status of colonialism＂ and subtitled: ＂An investigation into the main legal creation of the infamous decade＂, deals with aspects of our history to which it gives its interpretation, analysing its causes and effects, without neglecting the influence it has on the present. He approaches the study of the problems of that period in an edifying way, in the sense of compliance with the National Constitution and the law, so much maligned in the ＂infamous decade＂, and afterwards, without trying to exhaust the research, he exposes the subjects with academic seriousness.
