Values have always been and will be the most important component of shaping a person’s worldview. Values define the standards of our behaviour and indicate our level of consciousness, which is projected onto the plane of responsibility for the results of our decisions. Although values are not subject to a clear rational, logical scientific definition, they are something that lies in the plane of movement towards a certain ideal and has the potential for good, and something that encourages actions aimed at achieving this good. And this movement concerns the activities of all participants in any socio-economic system: families, organisations, states. Practice shows, and Ukraine is no exception, that it is the values professed in society at a particular historical moment of its development that can form a new generation of people who become initiators and drivers of powerful social changes and transformations.
