The black territories were born from a workshop in Porto Alegre where places that were predominantly black at the time of slavery were listed. These places were named black territories. In this book I present a tourist itinerary from the same perspective of the black territories in the border town of Jaguarão in Rio Grande do Sul, a municipality known for its old mansions, highlighting the invisibility of the black people and taking the reader to a unique tourist experience in the history of the blacks of this small border town.
