This paper is a research project carried out at the Pedagogical Advisory Office in Barra do Bugres - MT, during the supervised internship course of the undergraduate degree in Public Administration, with observation activities, bibliographic research on the subject and on the organization, informal communication and aimed at studying how organizational learning takes place in this environment. This research lasted two years and culminated in interviews, bibliographical research and informal conversations, with a presentation of the elements that facilitate organizational learning that are most present in the organization (Operational variety, Multiple mentors, Systemic perspective, Imperative to analyze the external environment, and Climate of openness) and a description of their dynamics.
