Administrative management and job satisfaction of the decentralized office of electoral processes - Alto Amazonas - ONPE 2016. It is the title that I present in this research work to opt for the degree of Master in Public Management at the Cesar Vallejo University. The electoral processes in Peru are executed by the National Office of Electoral Processes and are held every 5 years for general elections and every 4 years for regional and municipal elections, starting from that context this thesis work tries to evaluate what is the impact of administrative management in relation to job satisfaction of the staff working in the Decentralized Office of Electoral Processes (ODPE) Alto Amazonas carried out in 2016, for election of President and Vice President of the republic, this research aims to perform an analysis of the behavior of staff in the electoral processes and how to manage to improve these activities.
