Nowadays, managers, faced with the demand for transparent management, can support their decisions with sophisticated technologies and methodologies; however, competitiveness indicators in organizations reveal: lack of external coordination and internal misalignment between strategy and action. In this scenario, the question arises: what influence does governance have on competitiveness, coordination and alignment?
